1. By ordering our cleaning services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

 2. Our cleaners are self-employed contractors acting on our behalf, all my cleaners must be checked, trained by me until I think they are ready to work on their own then send to you. 

 3. Minimum of 2 hours per cleaning visit applies.

 4.For regular cleaning, you are required to provide all cleaning equipment and products needed for the required work we will not be held liable for any damage that is caused by the use of your products. unless other arrangements have been made with us.  If you require cleaning materials, we can supply products etc for you at an extra charge. Please contact me if you require products before the job commences as we will not be held responsible if the cleaner arrives without products and is not able to clean.  All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order.

 5. We will always aim to provide the same cleaner to you, unless they off sick. We aim to inform you of any changes prior to your visit.

 6. We will not be responsible for triggering any alarm systems. You should give any special instructions for deactivation/activation of any household alarm systems to me prior to the cleaning visit.

 7.We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder.

 8.We cannot move furniture over 15 lbs but will try to reach a visible place with an extension duster.

 9. We reserve the right not to continue with the job if, on inspection, it is found that the material to be cleaned or treated is not suitable for cleaning or treatment. We will also not continue with the job if water or power is not available or if there is interference in the work from you or any other person.

 10.If our cleaner needs to collect keys from an address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be carried out, a £10 charge will apply.

 11.Any parking or congestion charges will be added to your invoice unless a different agreement was made.

 12.For regular domestic cleaning, you will need to pay the same day (or same week) of your cleaning date by bank transfer as I do pay my cleaners weekly.

 13.Any cancellations must be made by 48hrs in advice or your will be changed, if you refuse to pay then you are automatedly ended our serves with us. and if your go on holidays please do let us know.
